Don’t worry -we’ve got you covered

Whilst every effort is taken to ensure our drinks always reach you in their best condition, we also recognise that sometimes things can go wrong.

We have a flexible refund and returns policy and will be happy to take you through the options available to you.

Not quite what you expected

Simply email us on and we will issue a returns authorisation for any unopened pouches and we will swap them for new drinks of your choice.  Alternatively you can have a refund for the full value of any returned drinks (minus £4.95 to cover the initial delivery to you) – whatever suits you best.

In the unlikely event that your package is damaged, please email us photos of the packaging within 24-hours of receipt, and we will arrange collection and replacement/refund of the products.

* Please note -we cannot refund any products where the seals have been broken.
