Don’t worry -we’ve got you covered
Whilst every effort is taken to ensure our drinks always reach you in their best condition, we also recognise that sometimes things can go wrong.
We have a flexible refund and returns policy and will be happy to take you through the options available to you.
Not quite what you expected
Simply email us on [email protected] and we will issue a returns authorisation for any unopened pouches and we will swap them for new drinks of your choice. Alternatively you can have a refund for the full value of any returned drinks (minus £4.95 to cover the initial delivery to you) – whatever suits you best.
In the unlikely event that your package is damaged, please email us photos of the packaging within 24-hours of receipt, and we will arrange collection and replacement/refund of the products.
* Please note -we cannot refund any products where the seals have been broken.
