Returns & refunds

While every effort is taken to ensure our drinks always reach you in their best condition, we also recognise that sometimes things go wrong. We have a flexible refund and returns policy.

Not quite as expected

Simply email us on, and we will collect any unopened pouches for a full refund, minus any delivery charges. Or we will swap them for new drinks of your choice – whatever suits you the best.

In the unlikely event that your package is damaged, please email us photos of the packaging within 24 hours of receipt, and we will arrange collection and replacement/refund of the products.

Please note that we cannot refund any products where the seals have been broken.
