Gin was originally used for medicinal purposes before it became the spirit we enjoy. In India, Gin was used to mask the bitter taste of tonic water and cinchona mixture, which was used to combat malaria. So the common pairing of Gin & Tonic was actually born backwards!

This ‘Brock & Blue’ cocktail mix is best enjoyed by pouring half of me into an ice filled wine glass, and top with around 100ml of tonic water. Garnish with some blueberries or a lemon zest if you’re feeling fancy!
